The ground level vacation home sits on a peaceful, wide, deep canal leading straight out to the Atlantic Ocean. Cudjoe Gardens is the only neighborhood in the Lower Keys with modern ground level homes.

Deep water frames two sides of the vacation home, and the broad canal offers immediate access to some of the best boating & fishing in the Florida Keys. Although Cudjoe is just 15 miles from Key West's fabulous restaurants and night life, the peaceful secure neighborhood is far enough from the 'Key West Scene' to offer tranquility. And, there are excellent, low key restaurants in the immediate area.

This is a non-smoking vacation home. The vacation home will sleep 6 (maximum number allowed), but is more comfortable for 4, with discounts for fewer people. Important: this area requires 28 day minimum rentals, so some families 'pool' vacations to add up to a month.

The rental rate is $2,000 and up, with surcharges for high season, holidays, special events, and short stays. All rates plus tax, plus cleaning fee of $100, plus damage deposit of $500. Rates subject to change.
